We also installed interior and exterior LED lighting and electrical panelboards and transformers.

The project also called for construction of three new cooling tower buildings and associated MEP systems, multiple runs of piping including 30-inch chilled water piping, and associated electrical connections for the cooling towers and backup power.

The project entailed replacement of two 300-ton water-cooled chillers and three boilers, as well as pumps and water heaters. Electrical work involved replacement of transformers, installation of new circuits, and wiring of associated equipment.
